About SDG Theater

What does SDG Stand for?

SDG stands for Soli Deo Gloria which is Latin for “Glory to God Alone.” Bach wrote these initials on his musical manuscripts. And we embrace the reverence and humility behind those three little letters. Everyone has been given gifts and talents and that they should be used to glorify God.

Mission

We hope to provide our community with an opportunity to use their gifts and talents to bless others through the vehicle of theater.

Our Committment

We are committed to give each person a complete theater experience, from audition to performance.

Giving Back

In every production we choose different organizations to donate to. In the past three years we have focused on donating to children’s organizations in Petaluma. This time a portion of the proceeds of Peter Pan will go to two different organizations in Africa that minister to children.
